Former Vegas Golden Knight Max Pacioretty is going around spreading Holiday cheer. During the Hurricanes' 6-5 win Friday night against the Philadelphia Flyers, Pacioretty noticed a young Canes fan lose his ice cream and decided to play Santa and deliver the kid a new cone of ice cream.

This is not the first time strange things have happened at PNC Arena regarding ice cream, as a few years ago an ice cream bandit was caught on cameras. Luckily, it does not look like this ice-cream burglar had anything to do with the most recent situation.
Pacioretty played in the Golden Knights organization for four seasons and over 220 NHL games. He left the Golden Knights an offseason trade with Dylan Coghlan to the Hurricnes for future considerations.
Due to an Achilles injury, the winger has yet to play this season. The Hurricanes are the last team the Golden Knights play first this season as the two teams will not face off until March 1st in Las Vegas.
