Ivan Barbashev was not on the ice with the team, but head coach Bruce Cassidy confirmed it was a maintenance day for him.
After he left in the second period of Friday night's game, Will Carrier was not present at morning skate and is labeled as out indefinitely with a lower-body injury per Cassidy. Carrier is in the midst of having a career season with 16 goals and 9 assists for 25 points in 56 games played.
