Three members of the Vegas Golden Knights participated in the 2023 NHL All-Star Weekend. Logan Thompson and Chandler Stephenson made their first All-Star Game debuts and head coach Bruce Cassidy coached the Pacific Division. They lost against the Central Division in the Semi-Finals 6-4.
But they had fun and nobody got hurt.
Among the highlights was Stephenson playing defense because the Pacific only had one defenseman on the team (Erik Karlsson), Logan Thompson getting owned by Nathan Mackinnon twice, and Peter DeBoer challenging an Elias Pettersson goal for offsides, and winning.
Thompson rocked the event with one of the coolest goalie masks ever.
