Golden Knights News
The team announced that they expected Shea Theodore to be out week-to-week. However, on yesterday’s 32 Thoughts episode, Elliotte Friedman said Theodore’s return would likely be closer to the playoffs. If true, I imagine this will be wildly popular with fans around the league.
If Theodore is out until the playoffs, that’s bad news for the Golden Knights. He’s a very hard player to replace, but they’ll have to try anyway. I have a piece going out later today about how the team might try to fill that Theodore-sized void.
Of course, the Golden Knights aren’t the only team feeling Theodore’s absence. I’m sure you all understandably care less about this, but Team Canada is in an interesting position now at the 4 Nations Face-Off.
