The Vegas Golden Knights are back on top of the Pacific Division but aren’t fully healthy. They’re also confident. Elsewhere in the Daily Nuggets, yesterday was a wild one around the league. The San Jose Sharks blew a 5-1 lead to the Nashville Predators, and fans have resorted to using nachos to distract Vezina-caliber goaltending performances.

The Golden Knights held practice yesterday, and Bruce Cassidy updated the injury report. William Karlsson was absent, but it was a maintenance day. Brett Howden is sick and is questionable to make the trip. Cole Schwindt has a lower-body injury and is week-to-week.

Remember when the Golden Knights stole a point against the St. Louis Blues? Well, it turns out that was pretty important because the Edmonton Oilers lost last night in regulation. So, the Golden Knights are back on top of the Pacific Division by a whole whopping one point.
