Golden Knights Pregame Notes: Vegas Looks For First Road Victory of Season in Edmonton
On Wednesday, the Vegas Golden Knights will travel to Edmonton in search of their first road victory of the 2024-2025 season.
On Wednesday evening, the Vegas Golden Knights head to Edmonton to take on the Oilers.
Vegas is coming off of a 4-3 overtime victory over Utah on Saturday night. With the win, the Golden Knights improved to 8-0-0 at home on the 2024-2025 season to date. However, Vegas has still yet to win a road game, with an 0-3-1 mark away from T-Mobile Arena.
Recent History Between the Teams
This will be the first meeting of the 2024-2025 season between the Golden Knights and the Oilers. Edmonton took two of three matchups between the teams last season, winning both games at home, including one in a shootout. The Golden Knights took the lone meeting in Vegas.

-Defenseman Shea Theodore, who recently signed a seven-year contract extension with Vegas, is two points away from reaching 300 as a Golden Knight.
