The Edmonton Oilers evened the series at two games apiece with a 4-1 Game 4 win over the Vegas Golden Knights. It was not a good night for Knights defenseman Shea Theodore.

Suspensions could be coming for Oilers defenseman Darnell Nurse and Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Alex Pietrangelo.

Seriously though, what is the Golden Knights veteran defenseman thinking here? Just a blatant attempt to injure Oilers superstar Leon Draisaitl. The NHL Department of Player Safety doesn’t like suspending players but there’s only so much they can overlook. Evander Kane probably deserved a game for his cross-check on Pietrangelo in Game 3 too, but that doesn’t excuse the actions of the Knights rearguard in Game 4.
